The private pool is a favorite among guests, featuring wide steps that gradually descend to the deep end. Whether you are enjoying the sun on a sun lounger or cooling off after a day at the beach, it is the perfect place to relax. Just a stone’s throw away, a poolside palapa offers a shaded dining area for six, complete with an extra-large Green Egg grill and ample workspace for unforgettable outdoor meals.
A spacious covered terrace offers yet another setting for outdoor dining, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset disappearing into the Caribbean Sea. For an even quieter stay, there is a second, spacious palapa tucked away at the back of the property. With hammocks, comfortable seating, and soft mood lighting, it creates a private paradise surrounded by swaying palms and refreshing trade winds. The villa also features a bar with an ocean view. An ideal spot to relax and spot flamingos, hummingbirds, dolphins, and other local wildlife. With binoculars, you can even view passing boats, ships, and planes up close.

Interior Space
The villa features an open-plan living area with high ceilings and large sliding doors that seamlessly transition onto the terrace, offering panoramic views of the ocean and the pool. A spacious corner sofa provides a cozy spot to enjoy a cocktail or a movie night in the evening. The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with new, high-quality appliances. Suitable for both small and large groups, making it perfect for everything from casual meals to gourmet dinners.
Bedrooms Casa Maureena offers four beautifully designed bedrooms, each furnished with care for comfort, privacy, and relaxation:
Bedroom 1 – Private Suite A luxurious private suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking views of the ocean and the pool. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating areas, a spacious walk-in closet, and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features a modern rain shower for a spa-like experience.
Bedroom 2 A serene bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a TV. Step directly onto the terrace and enjoy the stunning views of the pool and the ocean. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower.
Bedroom 3 Perfect for guests or family. This room offers two single beds, a TV, and a quiet view of the tropical garden. This room also features an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
Bedroom 4 – Multifunctional Space A spacious and versatile room, designed for both relaxation and productivity. It includes a luxurious queen-size sofa bed, comfortable seating, and a separate workspace. Enjoy a 70-inch smart TV, views of the tropical garden, and direct access to the palapa. A nearby toilet offers added convenience. Each space is designed to offer a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and island life.
The rental price includes 10 kWh of electricity per person per night and 1 m³ of water per person per week. This is generally sufficient for normal daily use, including the use of the air conditioning at night. WiFi and gas are also included in the rental price.
