This beautiful new villa (completed in August 2024) is located in the gated resort in Cas Abao.
When entering this villa you will immediately be overwhelmed by the amazing view over the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.
After this spectacular experience you will be overwhelmed by one luxurious detail after another of this villa. This means, for example: the tastefully decorated kitchen and the spacious living room with very high ceilings and fans.
In a few seconds you can transform the entire living room/kitchen and the covered terrace into one large space. This makes the inside outside and the outside inside.
The almost 9 meter wide sliding door can be easily opened and then disappears between the walls.
Adjacent to this space is the teak sun deck with comfortable loungers. In the large 10 meter long infinity pool you can swim wonderful laps overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This place is seen as the beating heart of the villa. This place will probably be used by you the most. You will never want to leave.
The pool also has 4 ledge loungers with side tables. These lovely lounge beds are partially submerged, making you feel like you are in a 5-star hotel, especially in combination with the sublime sea view.
Villa Shete Ocho is situated in such a way that you are completely private. No view from the neighbours and a beautiful view of a fantastically landscaped tropical garden.
On the porch there is a comfortable lounge sofa and a large dining table. Where you can dine or grill accompanied with a different sunset every day.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Double combi microwave/oven, dishwasher, Quoker (boiling water from the tap), American fridge with ice maker and cold water. Which you can drink because Curacao has the best water of the Caribbean. The water is made from salt water.
The living room has a TV with US, Dutch and Spanish channels. Internet is fast and good everywhere. There is also a work space in 1 of the bedrooms. .
The whirlpool is connected to the living room. When the sun goes down, it can be too hot on the porch. You can then retreat to the patio with a whirlpool. It is always cool here.
Through the hallway you enter 3 master bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet and laundry room.
Wake up in the master bedroom that overlooks the pool and the sea. Shower while looking at the sea. How fantastic is that?
Master bedroom 2 overlooks its own en-suite outdoor garden with an outdoor shower. But don’t worry, if it rains, you can also use the en-suite tastefully decorated indoor bathroom.
Master bedroom 3 also overlooks it’s own en-suite outdoor garden with an outdoor shower but also has it’s own indoor shower
All beds are box-spring king-size and the master bedroom which overlooks the sea and pool is an extra king-size. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom that has a large walk-in closet for all your swimwear 🙂 Every bedroom has its own safe. Bedroom 2 also has a smart TV in the room.
We can assist you with booking a rental car, excursions, a photographer, a chef for your breakfast, lunch or a delicious dinner. Feel free to ask for more information about these extra options. You can book these options additionally.
The price includes 10 kWh of electricity per person per night and 1 m3 of water per person per week. If you exceed this amount, you will pay the same as we pay to the electricity/water company.
You will have access to everything accept the closets in the laundry room. Those closets are locked with private belongings of the owners.
In order to respect the night’s rest of everyone on the resort, there are silence hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It is also not allowed to fly drones above the resort. This is due to the privacy of the residents and our tenants.
For your privacy we are available if necessary, otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy each other, the view, the birds and the villa.
We can also provide you with a rental car.
It is also possible to have a shopping package ready on the day of arrival. So you can enjoy your well deserved holiday instantly.
Also transfer to and from the airport, we can offer you for a small fee.
