Villa Vista Valentin
Located in one of the most beautiful places on Curaçao, this luxurious and attractively furnished villa in 2022 with a beautiful view of the beach of Cas Abou and the Valentijnsbaai. This spectacular villa located on 1,000 m2 of land was designed by the well-known Dutch architect Maxim Winkelaar. The villa is very luxuriously finished and equipped with all comforts. In the evening you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset while sitting on the terrace or on the edge of the pool.
The villa is quietly located on the well-secured resort of Cas Abou. With a private beach in front of the door and a stone’s throw from the beautiful Cas Abou Beach. This beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with white sand, crystal clear water, swaying palms and summer houses for the necessary shade. In 20 minutes you are at famous beaches such as Porto Marie, Playa Lagun and Character. And in 25 minutes you are on the well-known pontoon bridge, in the middle of Willemstad!
Layout
The spacious Villa Vista Valentin is located at the front of the park. From the entrance through the secure gate you immediately experience the quality and luxury. Villa Vista Valentin has been furnished with great care. Every room has been tackled with an eye for perfection. The house is built on the wind and is surrounded by a tropical garden. This way you always experience the wonderful breeze that provides cooling. Around the spacious swimming pool (8mx3.5m) are luxurious sunbeds, a Green Egg barbecue and various terraces. Next to the pool you will find two tropical palapas (palm leaf-covered garden huts that give the beloved Caribbean look) for lounging, lunch and dinner. Under the covered terrace is a large dining table for 8 people and a lovely sitting area with many cushions.
The terrace flows seamlessly into the living room. You can slide the doors open completely, so that it is very light in the house and you can always enjoy the fantastic view. The living room and kitchen with coil island are located in the middle part of the house. In both wings you will find four fully furnished bedrooms. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer, as well as a folding cot and high chair.
Bedrooms
The villa has four chic and at the same time cozy furnished bedrooms that are fully equipped. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with rain shower. All bedrooms have a double bed with a lovely bed and comfortable pillows. The two master bedrooms (20 m2) are equipped with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a toilet and a desk to work on. From these bedrooms you can walk straight onto the terrace and take a dip in the pool. The two other bedrooms (14 m2) are furnished with a queen-size bed and are located at the rear of the Villa. These rooms also have their own toilet and air conditioning.
Garden
The plot of Villa Vista Valentin is very large and completely walled. This way you have all the privacy during a wonderful holiday. The garden has been landscaped under architecture and features countless tropical plants, terraces and space. That is why the most beautiful birds on the island like to visit the garden. The parking spaces are located on the side of the house, so that the beautiful view is preserved.
living
Hotel luxury in your own home. The living room has a fantastic lounge with, among other things, a flat-screen television, a large sofa and an 8-seater dining table. Then you will find the custom-made kitchen with luxury bar that is fully equipped, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Samsung refrigerator in American style.

Villa Vista Valentin is located at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Cas Abou. This pearly white sandy beach has been named ‘One of the 21 best beaches in the world’ by the well-known magazine National Geographic. Completely unspoilt, with beautiful cliffs, the most beautiful underwater world, tropical palm trees and an azure blue sea. At the same time with all the luxury we expect today: a lovely beach bar, showers, palapas for the shade, massages, a diving school and free Wi-Fi. An ideal beach for every visitor, young and old. For swimming, snorkelling, building sandcastles or relaxing with a tasty cocktail.
From the villa it is a 10-minute walk to Cas Abou Beach. By car you are there within 3 minutes. In addition, the residential area of Villa Vista Valentin also has a small private beach.
Safety
Safety is of paramount importance at Cas Abou and the luxury resort is therefore well secured. During the day there is security at the gate and in the evening the gate is closed and the most advanced cameras are installed at the entrance. You will then only enter the site with an access code. Cas Abou is one of the safest places on Curaçao for a reason.
Surroundings
In the immediate vicinity of Cas Abou you can do your daily shopping. There are several small supermarkets. At about 20 minutes drive you will find two large supermarkets (Centrum Supermarket or Carrefour) where you can find all well-known brands. Within 20 minutes you are at Hato airport and in 30 minutes you are on the pontoon bridge in lively Willemstad.
From the villa you can also visit other wonderful beaches. Think of the wonderful beach club Character or the idyllic Daaibooi Beach and Playa Jeremi. The Grote and Kleine Knip beaches are also recommended to visit.
Rental car
If you visit the island, it is nice to have a rental car. Dushi Curaçao can therefore also help you with a nice rental car. Are you arriving and do you want to have some groceries in the fridge right away? We can also arrange that for you. This way you can enjoy the island right away!
